Use AI for drafts and plans
A draft leaves room for your judgement
Choose the necessary review for a draft plan.
You will be able to compare AI suggestions against your facts and constraints.
AI can suggest wording, ideas and possible plans. A useful result still needs your choices: whether the tone suits the reader, the facts are correct and the plan fits real time and resources. Generating an invitation does not send it, and generating an itinerary does not make bookings.

Give constraints and review the result
How this works

State the purpose, audience and constraints using non-sensitive facts or placeholders. Ask for a short draft, three alternatives or a simple plan rather than an unlimited list. For example, ask for a friendly invitation with a confirmed date, or a half-day outing with limited walking.

Read the result before copying it elsewhere. Check names, dates, claims and promises; remove anything invented. For a plan, verify opening hours, travel times, access and cost using current primary information. Ask for a revision that states the conflict, such as keeping all activities within the available afternoon.

Choose wording that sounds like you and does not misrepresent other people. Follow any school, workplace or publication rules about AI assistance. If you later send or publish the result, review that final version and its audience yourself. This lesson does not send messages, book services or operate a live AI account.
